  • Public Security Exhibition (PSE), Dubai & Abu Dhabi

4th October - Dubai Police Academy, Dubai & 6th October - Intercontinental Hotel, Abu Dhabi

We are pleased to announce that A|D|S are holding a first ever table-top exhibition in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The UAE’s crime rate is comparable to most similarly sized countries worldwide, with the UAE judicial system acting swiftly and severely against criminals. An expatriate convicted of a crime will recieve a judicial sentence as well as an immediate deportation. Although the UAE has not yet experienced a major terrorist attack, the Emirate hosts a wide selection of attractive terrorist targets and large-scale attacks are possible. A number of features make the UAE vulnerable to terrorism, including porous borders with Saudi Arabia, a long coastline and the availability of illegally-sold weapons. The UAE is home to a large number of expatriates, whose lifestyles are abhorrent to militant extremists and therefore potential targets, and many high profile international businesses have
offices and commercial outlets in the City.

New technology plays a predominant role in our modern day medical care. "Moore's Law," states computing power will double every 18 months. For medical electronic equipment, especially imaging systems, the doubling effect implies a greater availability of network bandwidth, larger storage capacity, smarter computer algorithms, and better understanding of clinical information. This technology can improve disease prevention, provide for earlier diagnosis of disease and reduce patient discomfort during medical procedures. These advances also increase coverage of medical help to infinitely more rural locations. The impact of this new medical technology, as well as advances in current technology, creates and will continue to make a huge impact on socioeconomics and healthcare politics.
